At Choose Joy Nursing, we know that breastfeeding and pumping can come with questions and challenges - and we're here to help. Our International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Debi, offers personalized lactation support to guide you through every stage of your feeding journey.

She can address question and issues such as:

  • Positioning and latching
  • Feeding challenges
  • Milk supply concerns
  • Breast and nipple pain
  • Poor infant weight gain
  • Pumping
  • Engorgement
  • Sleep

WHAT'S INCLUDED

  • One-on-one consultation
  • Pre- and post-feed weight checks (in-person postnatal appointments only)
  • A 16-page Lactation Guide with key information, tips and notes from your session - a great written reference for everything we discuss.
  • 3 days of follow-up messaging with Debi to provide feedback and receive additional tips and recommendations as needed.
  • Option to purchase additional messaging support if needed ($100 for an additional 3 days)


OPTIONS

In-Home Prental Consultation

  • Learn different techniques and strategies to help support a positive feeding experience for you and your baby from day one! Perfect for first-time moms and experienced moms alike! We'll cover pump set-up, flange sizing, parts you may need, and create a feeding plan tailored just for you. Duration: 2 hours.

In-Home Postnatal Consultation

  • Get hands-on support for breastfeeding, latching, positioning and any challenges you're facing postpartum. Includes in-home pre- and post-feed weight checks. Duration: 1.5 hours.

Virtual Consultation

  • Convenient video consultations for breastfeeding and pumping support wherever you are. Duration: 1 hour.

With a warm, practical approach, Debi combines expert knowledge with real-world experience to help you feel confident, empowered, and supported - no matter where you are in your breastfeeding or pumping journey.
