WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Care for newborns overnight: feedings, diapering, soothing, and safe sleep practices
- Support and educate postpartum parents in the early days of healing
- Assess and monitor mother and baby, documenting care as needed
- Rotate/stagger medications as advised and appropriate
- Offer emotional and nutritional support tailored to each family's unique needs.
